Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Farmherbs, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction & convenience to our customers. If for any reason you wish to cancel the order, cancellation is divided into the following types depending upon the event of cancellation:

1. Order Cancellation Policy (Pre-Shipment)

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the order is marked as ‘Processed’ (i.e., when a tracking number is generated), whichever occurs first.

  • Cancellation Deadline: Orders cannot be canceled once they enter the shipping stage.
  • Partial Cancellations: Due to inventory and fulfillment constraints, partial order cancellations are not allowed.
  • Refund Timing: If eligible, refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 1–7 business days (may take up to 10 business days based on your payment provider).

2. Product Returns & Refunds (Post-Delivery)

If you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery through the ‘My Orders’ section on farmherbs.com.

Eligibility for Returns

✅ The product is defective, damaged, or expired upon arrival.

✅ The wrong product was shipped to you.

✅ Items missing from your order.

Non-Returnable Items

❌ Opened or used personal care/skincare items.

❌ Perishable food or herbal items.

❌ Personalized/custom-made products.

❌ Gift cards and promotional giveaways.

Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request: Log in to your account and initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging for faster approval.
  2. Approval & Pickup: We will review your request within 2 business days and schedule a pickup within 3 business days if it is approved.
  3. Inspection & Refund: Once the item is received and verified at our facility, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Refund & Exchange Policy

We offer the following refund options based on return eligibility:

✅ Full Refund: Processed to the original payment method. COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

✅ Replacement: A new item will be shipped free of cost (subject to availability).

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect or damaged product), Farmherbs covers all return shipping costs and refunds original shipping fees if charged.
  • If the return is at the buyer’s discretion (e.g., changed mind, incorrect item ordered), the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Additional Important Notes

  • Proof of Return: Keep tracking details until your refund is processed (at least 14 days after refund approval).
  • Late Refunds: If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
  • Damaged or Missing Items: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery for quicker resolution.

5. Consumer Protection & Legal Compliance

This policy is aligned with India’s Consumer Protection Act 2019, ensuring a fair and transparent refund process. Farmherbs is committed to resolving all return and refund requests within 30 days of approval.
